P.1 Transfer Application

Date of application: 14/6/2025 (Sat) or before

• Submit the completed “P. 1 Transfer Application Form”
• Student’s recent photo (4cm X 5cm)
• Student’s birth certificate (original and copy)
• Parents’ ID (original and copy)(father/mother/guardian)
• Parent’s slip of Central Allocation
• Pre-paid self-address envelop (22cm X 10cm) with $2 stamp and clearly state the receiver’s name and address
• If student was not born in Hong Kong, please submit a valid student identification document(original and copy) (e.g. one-way permit/re-entry permit)
• School’s office hour
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
  • Closed on Sunday and public holiday
